[Review] L'Oreal Paris Ideal Fresh Cleansing Milk

Hello beauties!

January is practically over, felt like ages to me :D I am gonna "close" this month with a recent discovery, a totally brand new cleansing milk by L'oreal, the Ideal Fresh (for normal to combination skin).

I have to admit, I was drawn in by the packaging, even though I hardly ever care for containers. I guess it's this sleek and clean packaging with my favourite colour that made me buy this. Well, ok, not only this. Truth is I have been looking for a good cleansing milk for soooo long and that's beause I noticed that every time I got my makeup off with other products, the area beneath my eyes got really irritated and started to hurt. Also, most cleansing milks can be "harsh" on skin and leave it "strangely clean". All in all, I felt my skin a bit weird so I was looking for something new and good ._.

I noticed the product mentioned the following:

*Hypoallergic
*Paraben free
*For face and eyes

So, I immediatelly bought it and whatevs! It claims to leave the skin fresh and moisturized even after the cleansing phase, which is good since that's what I was looking for.
As soon as I applied it on my face and started massaging I felt an extremely awesome cooling sensation! I actually caught myself smiling because I felt so great. After I wiped it with some cotton pads, I noticed it had melted everything down, without much effort. I also noticed my skin felt fresh and moisturized at the same time. Well, not moisturized as we usually mean it. I felt like there was an "oily" film on my face, not oily with a bad meaning, but yeah, I needed to use my cleansing foam as well as always. Most importantly I didn't feel any irritation whatsoever! That was the best sign, I felt good with my purchase :P

It has a runny cream-oily concistency (Don't wanna start saying random things but I felt like it was an oil+cream cleanser all in one, won't swear though, cause I have never used an oil cleanser before in my life). It smells and feels really refreshing. The container holds 200ml and I bought it for 3euros (4.50$) [L'oreal held a 40% offer on all products, the initial price was 5euros (6.50$)].

I am quite happy with this product. I will probably try to find one even better than that, cause still I feel like this one isn't perfect, I will buy it again though, and I would definitelly recommend it to you if you suffer from sensitive skin like me. I am quite picky on cleansing products. If you know any good ones, please let me know, you will definitelly help me :)

I hope I have covered everything. If you still have any questions or any suggestions please feel free to leave a comment below ^__^

[Quick Review] Etude House Hand Bouquet Rich Butter Hand Cream

Hello beauties!

I am here today with a quick review for you, and in case you wonder why it's quick...well, because I don't have much to say and I don't have to explain in detail :D

For the longest time I have been searching for a hand cream moisturizing enough but not greasy, since I can't say I have dry skin in general, but you know, winter makes my hand skin kinda dry and stiff. I decided to try this cream from Etude House (even though I was a bit hesitant cause of the "rich butter" label).

It costed me 5.25$ (~4euros) for 50ml  from cosmetic.jolse.com (go check this site out, huge variety and really good prices + free shipping). It smells like roses, really elegant and princessy smell I'd say. The texture is silky, very moisturizing yet not greasy at all.

It contains shea butter and macademia oil and claims to provide anti wrinkle care. I leaves a protective type of "film" on your hands making them super smooth and soft with one application only. I suggest you give it a try, especially those of you who can't stang oily stuff on your hands like me. It is rich but feels so light yet so moisturizing on the hands. Those of you with dry/damaged skin might want to try something specifically made for super dry and flacky areas.

I hope I have covered everything, if you still have any questions don't hesitate to leave a comment below ^___^

[Review] Mizon Hydra Full Solution Water Volume Aqua Gel Cream

Hello beauties!

Today I will review this cream that I recently finished off after using it for several months. I apologise in advance for the lack of pictures, I threw out the container before I make any photos of it (silly me, yes) so the pictures provided are taken from the official Mizon ad. I hope my review will leave no questions to you though as far as the product is concerned so let's move on :)

After using a sample of this gel cream I decided to buy it. It costed me 12 euros (16.50$) on Ebay with free shipping and it contains 125 ml,which is A LOT. I don't know, it felt like it lasted me for ever, but I used it for approximately 3 months or a little bit longer.

It is certified for whitening by KFDA, it is oil free and paraben free which I find totally amazing! It is has a gel type concistency which I love in face creams because it doesn't feel heavy on my oily-combo skin. It is easily spread and sinks in very fast, leaving the face fresh and clean. It smells like...mmmm ocean breeze? I dunno, it has a very fresh smell, which is not overwhelming and you will find very pleasant :) It actually has a blue-ish tint, not green like it's in the picture below, but it leaves no colour on the skin of course.

I used this every day and night after my face cleansing routine. I also used it underneath my makeup. +1 for being such a nice primer, it left no oil whatsoever. I almost felt like it left a "film" on my skin making it smooth and ready for makeup. What I noticed though, is that it was a tiny bit drying. I mean, as the autumn and winter advanced I felt my face a lil bit dry on the colder days, not anything extreme, but my skin could use some extra moisture especially on the cheeks which are my dry areas. My T-zone was totally ok.
Even though this cream claims to give deep moisture to the skin, I would recommend this cream to people with oily skin or only for the warmer months. I think this product is absolutely nice for late spring and summer, but definitely not for the winter, unless you suffer from excessive oilness and you want something light, fresh but hydrating at the same time. For me it worked great while it was hot, but I felt like like I needed something extra when it was colder. I will definitely purchase it again, during summer though.

This was a short review, I hope I covered everything, if you still have any questions don't hesitate to leave a comment below  ^____^

[Review] Etude House Happy Fresh Foam (Witch Hazel)

Hello beauties!

I am here today with the first review for 2014 with a product that I liked very much. It's not anything new, and most of you know it and some of you may already have used it. It's the Happy Fresh Foam from Etude House in Witch Hazel type. I recently made a review on the White Clay type too, so make sure to check it out :D
This series of foam cleansers come in 5 types, depending on what skin type you have you choose accordingly. I went with Witch Hazel for my first try, because my skin is combination-oily and tends to break out easily.
The two cleansers that are recommended for oily skin have 10% sebum absorbers and 20% moisturizers. Also, witch hazel is known for solving skin trouble.

As you can see in the picture below ( I am sorry for the bad quality, my camera didn't want to cooperate) ths cleanser has a grey colour. It is very thick and creamy, something like clay. I was surprised that it actually contained really fine and small scrubbies . It smells like baby powder, but a lot fresher than that.

As you can see it forms a very rich foam (and even richer than that I was just lazy to keep massaging xDD). The granules it contains are really really small so you don't have to worry, this is not a face scrub, it just helps to gently exfoliate for a more radiant skin. Tha foam is really creamy and nice, you definitely feel like all the impurities are coming out with this.

I bought it from Ebay for 7$ (~5,50 euros) if I am not mistaken, since it has been quite a while, with free shipping and it lasted me for a long time, maybe 4 months, considering that it is used by 2 more people exept me. Thing is, you need only a really small amount cause it generates so much foam. If you don't share this with sisters or family it will probably last you forever, which is a good thing if you are low on a badget.

After using it I felt my skin so deeply clean like never before. And even though I felt it overly clean, I didn't feel overly dry. I actually wanted to cherish the moment of cleanness, but yeah, have to put moisturizer on top eventually. As all foam cleansers, this leaves the skin quite on the dry side after the use, but it's only natural, since it is meant for oily skin. I do not know how the moisturizing line of this product works, but from what I have read, foam cleansers are more potent than non-foam ones. Don't worry, it won't harm you, you just need to put your moisturizer quickly on top and you will feel clean and fresh and happy. Yeah, just like it's name, it definitely makes you and your skin feeling happy.

Mind you, I have used a lot of cleansers in the past, never liked one that much and I am always on the search of new cleansers on the market, in case I find something I like even better. I would totally recommend this though, to all of you with combination and oily skin. Those of you with dry skin might want to take a look at the rest of the line.

And since lately I found out that many girls prefer to take their make up off just with face cleanser, I thought I should talk about this as well. To be honest...I don't know how it works as a make up remover, nor would I ever recommend it for this kind of use. I would advise you to use a cleansing milk/oil to take your make up off and then wash your face thoroughly with this or any other face cleanser. These products aren't meant to remove your make up entirely, otherwise cleansing milks and oils wouldn't have any place in the market, right? So, unfortunately, I cannot inform you about its potency as a make up remover. It is awesome in removing any make up residues that you might have left while removing your make up with a cotton pad :)

I hope I have covered everything, if you still have any questions or you want to share your experience with this product do not hesitate to leave a comment down below ^___^
